The Library Board meets the first Wednesday of each month at
4:00 PM in the library's art gallery.

Library Trustees:
Library trustees are elected in the spring for 5-year terms which begin July 1.  (Click on New Charter for information about the formation of a new library district in 2002 and initial election of trustees.)

  • Roy Griswold, President     (Term expires 2015)

  • Timothy McCallum, Vice President     (Term expires 2014) 

  • Beverly Pedlow, Secretary and Wyoming County Library Advisory Council Representative     (Term expires 2013) 

  • Carol Miller, Treasurer     (Term expires 2016)

  • David Bojanowski, Trustee*     (Term expires 2015)
    *Long-time Trustee Betty Rice retired in December 2012.  As per the Library By-Laws, the vacancy was filled by the Library Board.  The replacement will serve the remainder of the term until June 30, 2015.

  • David Shearing, Trustee    (Term expires 2017)

  • Linda Hyland, Trustee    (Term expires 2017)

    Douglas Grant McDanel, Gallery Curator (an appointed position)

    Herbert J. Hawley, Gallery Curator Emeritus  

Library Staff:
The public is served by a full-time library director, a full-time youth services librarian, and several part-time support staff members.
